Policies • All lessons and classes require an appointment. • All punch cards, design-your-own cards, packages, and memberships are non- refundable and non-transferable. No substitutions are allowed on punch cards. Cancellation Policy • If you must cancel an appointment, please do so 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Any late cancellation will result in a full charge for that appointment. • Each client is allowed two emergency cancellations per year at no charge. • If you fail to call or show up to a scheduled appointment, you will be held responsible for the full cost of your appointment regardless of the circumstance.
